Before I changed to a Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle I was morbidly obese, had type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, neuropathy in my feet and Atrial Fibrulation.

Once I switched I lost 110 pounds, reversed my diabetes and other health problems listed above. My last A1C was 4.7 and I am off all my meds!
